Position Summary:
As a UX/UI Designer at EbonFX, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and interface of our digital products, including web and mobile applications. Your expertise will bridge user needs and business goals, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance user interaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the chief marketing officer and product team to understand user requirements, translating them into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with EbonFX’s brand identity.
- Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with developers and international teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing continuous support throughout the development phase.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine designs.
- Continuously update designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Embrace new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design expertise and methodology.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with financial products or services is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin is beneficial.
